WIN Network Norway was founded in 2020 with a clear mission: to lower the barriers that have historically prevented women from participating in venture investments. We recognized that despite growing interest, women faced significant obstacles in accessing quality deal flow, building investment knowledge, and connecting with like-minded investors.
Our founders saw an opportunity to create a supportive ecosystem where women could learn together, invest together, and grow together. What started as a small community of passionate investors has evolved into a thriving network that is actively reshaping the Nordic investment landscape. Today, WIN Network Norway stands as a testament to what collaborative investment can achieve when barriers are removed and opportunities are shared equally.
